Philip is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. He is involved in the analysis of quantum and preparation of expert witness reports,
addressing issues of quantum. With more than 35 years’ experience, Philip has provided procurement, contract, claims and change management
on a broad range of projects including major civils, rail, power, airport, bridge, residential and petro-chemical. He has worked with
standard and bespoke main contracts and subcontracts in the UK and Australia. Philip has acted as the lead analyst for disputes in various
resolution forums, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication, where his analytical skills assist the appointed expert.
