Leading Expert - Graham Topp
A traditionally trained UK quantity surveyor, Graham is regularly appointed to quantum matters throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including disputes determined in international arbitration, supreme court litigation, domestic arbitration, adjudication and other similar forms of dispute resolution.
Graham is a chartered quantity surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a certified quantity surveyor with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Graham is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds a BSc in quantity surveying and a masters degree in construction law.
His areas of expertise include the quantification of rectification works and the valuation of delay, disruption and additional work claims. He has strong forensic analysis skills and is absolute in his management of process and procedure.
